ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We have established a school-to-school partnership program for students in India. The program is designed to give students an opportunity to explore the unique environment of Mumbai, including Dharavi, one of the largest slums in the world. During their stay, they will meet and learn from local women leaders and business owners who have made this area a hub of innovation and industry.

After that, students will travel to a rural host community to live with host families and engage with the community alongside local students. This will provide them with a glimpse into the daily life of rural India and an opportunity to form long-lasting connections.

Throughout the program, students will visit local organizations and NGOs where they can learn from and work with local leaders who are doing inspiring work in areas such as education, medicine, and women’s empowerment.

This program is available year-round for private bookings and can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your school. For details on pricing and planning, please contact us by filling out the enquiry form on this page or by emailing info@toursbyher.com
