5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 City Tours
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance:
→ 70% refund of the total amount paid - Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-show:
→ Non-refundable
Refunds will be processed manually using the original payment method.
5.2 Multiday Tours
Due to the nature of these trips, which involve customized planning, third-party bookings, and upfront costs:
- No refunds are allowed, except in exceptional and duly justified cases, assessed by the company in accordance with applicable law.
5.3 Date Changes
Date changes may be allowed provided that:

6. Right of Withdrawal

- Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by external factors (weather conditions, local authorities, third-party providers, etc.)
- Personal circumstances preventing the customer from participating in the tour
However, alternative solutions will be offered whenever possible.
8. Service Modifications
The company reserves the right to modify itineraries or activities due to organizational, safety, or force majeure reasons, always ensuring a similar experience.
